Flora Europaea the Linnean original specimens mesic, from the forest-steppe to upper nemoral western Palearctic Molinietalia, Festucion pseudovinae R38, R37 rarer in R16 habitats       A nice tall species from the mesic grasslands which probably originated in the meadow-steppe environment from the forest-steppes.
